TEC works with a team of Associates based throughout the UK who help deliver its work. Our people are our business gene pool and they have become Associates because they wish to apply their professional expertise in innovative ways.
TEC also has a database of 50,000 people over the age of 50 who are “The Experience Generation”. They bring a common sense view to assignments and use their managerial, technical, professional and everyday wisdom in responding to clients’ assignments. They joined TEC as they have something to contribute to society.
