Aninda Havenga – Finance & Project Schedule Manager

Aninda Havenga completed a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering in 2001. Apart from covering basic engineering principals, theoretical and applied mathematics, statistical analysis and computer science the degree also covered financial management and management accounting courses.

Aninda has since worked in various sectors; from financial, social, medical care and housing with projects ranging from system requirement analysis, best practice identification and implementation of optimised processes and procedures.

Since joining The Experience Corps, Aninda has also completed an OCR Level 2 Certificate in web design and desktop publishing. Her existing IT skills include office packages for Windows and Mac OS10, Project Management packages as well as SAGE Line 50 Accountant plus.

Aninda is responsible for the financial management of TEC. Duties include implementing and monitoring processes around the creation of monthly forecasts, preparation of financial statements, profit and loss accounts, quarterly board reports and fiscal year accounts as well as reporting on spend for all UK and EU projects.
